Mysuru, Aug. 14: A fancy-dress competition was organised at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar on the occasion of Independence Day.
- Children dazzled in fancy dresses of Bhagat Singh, Birsa Munda, Subhas Chandra Bose and many other historical figures.
- They displayed the costumes of inspiring women like Kittur Rani Chennamma, Jalakari Bai, Velu Nachiyar and Rani Chennabhairadevi.
- Freedom fighters like Lala Lajpat Rai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Bipin Chandra Pal were displayed in the fancy-dress competition.
- Children dazzled in the dresses of Bhagat Singh, Shivaram Rajguru and Sukhdev.
- Costumes of unknown leaders were also displayed.
- The program introduced students to India’s story of courage and independence, including hundreds of famous and unknown heroes.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಆ. 14: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಫ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡ್ರೆಸ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
- ಭಗತ್ ಸಿಂಗ್, ಬಿರ್ಸಾ ಮುಂಡಾ, ಸುಭಾಸ್ ಚಂದ್ರ ಬೋಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಅನೇಕ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳ ಫ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡ್ರೆಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಮಿಂಚಿದರು.
- ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಮ್ಮ, ಜಲಕರಿ ಬಾಯಿ, ವೇಲು ನಾಚಿಯಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಣಿ ಚೆನ್ನಭೈರಾದೇವಿ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ವೇಷಭೂಷಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
- ಲಾಲಾ ಲಜಪತ್ ರಾಯ್, ಬಾಲ ಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ಬಿಪಿನ್ ಚಂದ್ರ ಪಾಲ್ರಂತಹ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಸೇನಾನಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ಯಾನ್ಸಿ ಡ್ರೆಸ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು
- ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಭಗತ್ ಸಿಂಗ್, ಶಿವರಾಮ್ ರಾಜಗುರು ಮತ್ತು ಸುಖದೇವ್ ಅವರ ಡ್ರೆಸ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿಂಚಿದರು.
- ಅಜ್ಞಾತ ನಾಯಕರುಗಳ ವೇಷವನ್ನು ಸಹ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಾರತದ ಧೈರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯದ ಕಥೆಯನ್ನು ನೂರಾರು ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಮತ್ತು ಅಜ್ಞಾತ ವೀರರನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿತು.
