Mysuru, May 28: The 143rd birth anniversary of the great revolutionary Veer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar. Sri Suresh spoke about the life and sacrifice of Veer Savarkar. He explained the significance of Savarkar’s contribution to India’s freedom struggle and inspired the students by describing the hardships he faced in the Cellular Jail in Kalapani. He highlighted how Savarkar inspired Indians to fight bravely for the freedom of the nation.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಮೇ 28: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹಾನ್ ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಕಾರಿ ವೀರ ವಿನಾಯಕ ದಾಮೋದರ್ ಸಾವರ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ 143ನೇ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶ್ರೀ ಸುರೇಶ್ ಅವರು ವೀರ ಸಾವರ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ತ್ಯಾಗದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾವರ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಅವರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಲಾಪಾನಿಯ ಸೆಲ್ಯುಲಾರ್ ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಎದುರಿಸಿದ ಕಷ್ಟಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಸಾವರ್ಕರ್ ಭಾರತೀಯರನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಧೈರ್ಯದಿಂದ ಹೋರಾಡಲು ಹೇಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅವರು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
