Mysuru, July 23: The birth anniversary of Lokmanya Sri Balagangadhar Tilak was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar.
- Students of class 6 presented a meaningful play depicting the life and valuable contributions of Lokmanya Tilak to the freedom movement of India.
- Class 5 Dilip and Vashishtha gave inspiring speeches on the life and ideals of Lokmanya Tilak. He emphasised his famous slogan “Swaraj is my birthright, and I will get it”.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಜು. 23: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಾಲಗಂಗಾಧರ ತಿಲಕರ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
- 6 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಚಳವಳಿಗೆ ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ತಿಲಕರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
- 5 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ದಿಲೀಪ್ ಮತ್ತು ವಶಿಷ್ಠ ಅವರು ಲೋಕಮಾನ್ಯ ತಿಲಕರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ಆದರ್ಶಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದರು. “ಸ್ವರಾಜ್ಯ ನನ್ನ ಜನ್ಮಸಿದ್ಧ ಹಕ್ಕು, ಮತ್ತು ನಾನು ಅದನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂಬ ಅವರ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಘೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
