Parents
The parents within the RVK-Srinagar community are truly remarkable in their unwavering support and cooperative spirit. Their dedication to actively participating in their child’s education fosters an environment that is both positive and conducive to learning. Through their enthusiastic involvement, they attend crucial parent-teacher meetings, orientation programs, and various school events, all with the aim of staying well-informed about their child’s progress and the school’s activities. It’s heartening to witness how they extend their commitment further, with some parents even volunteering their time and expertise to lead counselling initiatives for students. Additionally, their contributions extend to event organization and participation in fundraising endeavours. The depth of their engagement becomes evident at school functions such as sports competitions, Prathibha Pradarshan, exhibitions, and the important PTM and SMC meetings.
Teachers

Administration
Pradhanacharya is the head of the institution and directly handles all academic matters. The school administrator takes care of duties such as maintenance, finance and logistics. Pradhanacharya and the secretary approve all administrative requirements, which are subject to the final approval by State Administrative Pramukh.
Pradhanacharya’s duties include:
- Implementing the Governing Council’s decisions and regulations
- Establishing school rules, setting educational standards, and updating school policies.
- Overseeing staff recruitment, aligning their roles, and guiding them
- Managing teaching and learning, ensuring student safety and welfare
- Overseeing attendance and enrolment records.
Administrator’s duties include:
- Taking care of admissions, training for non-teaching staff
- Maintaining financial accounts
- Overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure, housekeeping, and repairs
- Managing logistics for events, activities, and transportation
- Maintaining records as per the board guidelines.
Support roles crucial for the school’s operations include:

Pradhanacharya being the head of the institution is taking care of both the categories of administration and academics. There are office staff who take the responsibilities of different departments.
