Mysuru, Mar. 20: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar organized a Rithu Utsav (Seasons Festival) celebration of the seasons in Gokulam to make students aware of the different seasons (Grishma Ritu-Summer Season, Varsha Ritu-Monsoon Season and Shishir Ritu-Winter) through fun and interactive activities.

Science Week in RVK – Srinagar

Mysuru, Feb. 25: Science Week was inaugurated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar. As part of the programme, Gahan Ganapathy and Pranavi of Class 1 dressed up as Neil Armstrong and Kalpana Chawla and gave information about astronauts. Gargi, students of Class 1 gave information about the solar system and performed a dance. Fifth Day: Seed balls were made. Resource person Sri Mahendra Prasad showed how to make a big ball by mixing different ingredients and making it into small balls about the size of a marble. Seed balls are a research-based eco-friendly method of throwing seeds, which brings benefits to agriculture and the environment. Students from Classes 1 to 7 were included in this. Ratha Saptami Week Closing Ceremony in RVK – Srinagar

Mysuru, Feb. 4: The last day of the Rathasaptami week was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra-Srinagar.
Administrator Sri Chandrashekar was present at the formal ceremony. Students and teachers of Government School, Dadadahalli and Sri Bhavani Swami School, Vishweshwara Nagar, Mysuru participated in the program. Along with these students, students and staff of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra-Srinagar performed 108 Surya Namaskar.
