Mysuru, May. 25: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar organized Aksharabhyas and Vidyarambha program.The program started with Saraswati Puja and Ganahoma. Parents of the students participated in the rituals and made Sankalpa. Dr. Sri Sri Trinetra Mahanta Shivayogi Swamiji, the Peethadhip of Baby Math and Chandravan Ashram, presided over the program.They were welcomed with Poorna Kumbha. Explaining the importance of Om, Swamiji said that it is the source of all Vedic knowledge. The children led the ritual of writing Om on rice with turmeric sticks while chanting mantras with their parents. He said that children should learn both education and culture. Sri Sripathi, Vice President of Vidya Bharatiya, Karnataka, participated in the program as the chief guest. In his remarks, he said that today’s parents should give their children traditional and modern education. He advised parents to be careful about their children’s use of mobile phones. He shared stories from Indian scriptures with humour to illustrate how intelligent children are these days. He said discipline and freedom should go together.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಮೇ. 25: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ಷರಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ವಿದ್ಯಾರಂಭ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತ್ತು.ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಮತ್ತು ಗಣಹೋಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೋಷಕರು ಆಚರಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿದರು.ಬೇಬಿ ಮಠ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂದ್ರವನ ಆಶ್ರಮದ ಪೀಠಾಧಿಪತಿ ಡಾ. ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀ ತ್ರಿನೇತ್ರ ಮಹಾಂತ ಶಿವಯೋಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಅವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ದಿವ್ಯಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಕುಂಭದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ‘ಓಂ’ ನ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ, ಅದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೈದಿಕ ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಮೂಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಪೋಷಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಅರಿಶಿನದ ಕೋಲುಗಳಿಂದ ಅಕ್ಕಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಓಂ ಬರೆಯುವ ಆಚರಣೆಯ ನೇತೃತ್ವ ವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಎರಡನ್ನೂ ಕಲಿಯಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಭಾರತಿಯ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಶ್ರೀಪತಿ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮ್ಮ ನುಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿನ ಪೋಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಧುನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಫೋನ್ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪೋಷಕರು ಜಾಗರೂಕರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಎಷ್ಟು ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಲು ಅವರು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಧರ್ಮಗ್ರಂಥಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಸ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
