The sessions covered five-pronged education, changing role of teachers in the 21st century, understanding child behaviour (3\u20138 years), communication skills, values in teaching, service-based learning, sportsmanship, safety measures, injury management, nutrition awareness and internal growth of teachers. The resource persons emphasized holistic education, compassion, discipline, leadership, emotional balance and reflective practices.
