Mysuru, Feb. 13: The birth anniversary of Madhavrao Sadashiv Golwalkar and Smt. Sarojini Naidu was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar.The students gave a speech highlighting Sarojini Naidu’s contribution to India’s freedom struggle. They spoke about how Sarojini Naidu was popularly known as the “Nightingale of India” for her beautiful poetry and inspiring speeches. They also presented a speech given by Sarojini Naidu as the Indian Ambassador to the US in 1928. On the same occasion, the students gave a speech explaining the teachings of Guruji Madhavrao Sadashiv Golwalkar on unity, discipline and character building and shared Guruji’s thoughtful theories and their relevance in today’s life.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಫೆ. 13: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧವರಾವ್ ಸದಾಶಿವ ಗೋಳ್ವಲ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡು ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡು ಅವರ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುವ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು. ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡು ಅವರ ಸುಂದರವಾದ ಕಾವ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ “ಭಾರತದ ನೈಟಿಂಗೇಲ್” ಎಂದು ಹೇಗೆ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬುದರ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ 1928 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅಮೆರಿಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರೋಜಿನಿ ನಾಯ್ಡು ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಅದೇ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗುರೂಜಿ ಮಾಧವರಾವ್ ಸದಾಶಿವ ಗೋಳ್ವಲ್ಕರ್ ಅವರ ಏಕತೆ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸುವ ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಇಂದಿನ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರೂಜಿಯವರ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅವುಗಳ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತತೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು.
