Eye Care Awareness Session at RVK – Srinagar
Mysuru, Feb. 7: The Matru Bharathi team of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar organized an eye care awareness session.
Dr. Madhuri Parande, one of the Matru Bharathi Matru, an ophthalmologist, was the chief guest. Dr. Madhuri Parande explained the importance of eye care. Especially the effects of children spending too much time on screens.

Mysuru, Feb. 5: Students of classes 6, 7 and 8 of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar visited J.S.S. Ayurveda Medical College and Hospital.
*Visited the Herbal Garden and learned about medicinal plants and their benefits.
*Visited the Anatomy Lab and learned about human organ structures.

A Day of Learning: RVK – Srinagar Students Visit Mysuru Railway Museum
Mysuru, Feb. 5: Students of classes 1 and 2 of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar visited the Railway Museum in Mysuru.
The children not only drove the railway but also learnt about the history of the railway. They saw an old locomotive and a railway model.
RVK – Srinagar Organizes Educational Visit to Rangarao Memorial School
Mysuru, Feb. 4: With the objective of sensitizing students about the needs and capabilities of differently abled individuals and providing them with an opportunity to learn about their education and daily life, a total of 116 students of classes 3, 4 and 5 of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar visited Rangarao Memorial School for the Disabled with the objective of this field trip.
Vasanta Panchami Celebration in RVK – Srinagar
Mysuru, Jan. 23: Vasant Panchami festival was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar. Goddess Saraswati was worshipped. Students of all classes brought fruits and vegetables from their homes as prasad and offered them to Goddess Saraswati. Children sang Saraswati Vandana songs in the classes.
