Mysuru, Mar. 6: The second day of Science Week at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar was marked with a session on the topic of “Eclipses” by Sri S.N. Prasad, who explained what eclipses are and discussed various types of eclipses, including solar and lunar eclipses. To make the session more interactive and practical, the students were allowed to view the Gopura (tower) of Chamundi Temple through telescopes.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಮಾ. 6: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಸಪ್ತಾಹದ ಎರಡನೇ ದಿನ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್. ಎನ್. ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರು “ಗ್ರಹಣಗಳು” ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಿ, ಗ್ರಹಣಗಳು ಯಾವುವು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸೂರ್ಯಗ್ರಹಣ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂದ್ರಗ್ರಹಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ರೀತಿಯ ಗ್ರಹಣಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿದರು. ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕವಾಗಿಸಲು, ದೂರದರ್ಶಕಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಚಾಮುಂಡಿ ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಗೋಪುರವನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
