Mysuru, Sept. 5: Teachers Day was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Srinagar. Children welcomed all the teachers with roses. Transport In charge Sri Venkatraman shared insights into the life and philosophy of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan; highlighting his role as a great teacher, philosopher and politician. Students of class 8 dedicated a melodious song to the teachers. Addressing the gathering, the Principal Smt. Anitha conveyed her heartfelt greetings to all the teachers. While she wanted the teaching community to recognize Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday and celebrate it as Teachers Day, she reminded everyone of his humility. She stressed that nation building lies in the hands of teachers and highlighted the qualities of an ideal teacher – they not only complete the curriculum but also work for the holistic development of children. Reminding that “Loving children is the key prerequisite to becoming a true teacher”, she further motivated the teachers to take up the responsibility of shaping the future generation with dedication, love and integrity. In the evening session, the teachers presented a cultural programme. Accompanied by the Principal Smt. Anita, the teachers showcased their talents through group dances, songs, fun Harikatha presentations and stand-up comedy. Many teachers shared their personal experiences as part of the celebration. The teachers were presented with books as gifts. In her inspiring speech, Smt. Swathi advised the teachers not to neglect their health and encouraged them to continuously uplift themselves. During the cultural activities, she recalled fond memories of her early teaching career. She motivated the teachers to succeed in their profession and make a big name for themselves.
ಮೈಸೂರು, ಸೆ. 5: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಶ್ರೀನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಗುಲಾಬಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ವೆಂಕಟ್ರಮಣ ಅವರು ಡಾ. ಸರ್ವೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಅವರ ಜೀವನ ಮತ್ತು ತತ್ವಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು; ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಾನ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ, ತತ್ವಜ್ಞಾನಿ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಯಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು. 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಸುಮಧುರ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನಿತಾ ಅವರು ಸಭೆಯನ್ನುದ್ದೇಶಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಡಾ. ಸರ್ವಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರು ಬಯಸಿದಾಗ, ಅವರು ಅವರ ನಮ್ರತೆಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ನೆನಪಿಸಿದರು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಆದರ್ಶ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು – ಅವರು ಪಠ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದಲ್ಲದೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿಯೂ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. “ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವುದು ನಿಜವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪೂರ್ವಾಪೇಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ನೆನಪಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ, ಪ್ರೀತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಗ್ರತೆಯಿಂದ ರೂಪಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು. ಸಂಜೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಅನಿತಾ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಗುಂಪು ನೃತ್ಯಗಳು, ಹಾಡುಗಳು, ಮೋಜಿನ ಹರಿಕಥೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡ್-ಅಪ್ ಹಾಸ್ಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಆಚರಣೆಯ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಅನುಭವಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಉಡುಗೊರೆ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ಪೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ಭಾಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಸ್ವಾತಿ ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷಿಸಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನು ತಾವು ಉನ್ನತೀಕರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು. ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಆರಂಭಿಕ ಬೋಧನಾ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನದ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ನೆನಪುಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಅವರು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ವೃತ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಲು ಮತ್ತು ತಮಗಾಗಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಹೆಸರು ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರೇರೇಪಿಸಿದರು.
